摘要:建立了可生物降解聚合物微球中血红蛋白含量的红外光谱分析方法。选择合适的内标物,排除了聚合物壳材和表面活性剂残留的光谱干扰,不需对样品进行分离。工作曲线的相关系数达0.999 8,回收率为98%-100%,相对标准偏差小于4.2%。
A method for the determination of hemoglobin content in biodegradable polymer microspheres by infrared spectroscopy was developed.By using a appropriate absorption peak and internal standard,the spectral and matrix interferences generated from the internal standard,remnant surfactants and polymer shell were eliminated,thus sample separation was not required prior to analysis.The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.999 8.The recovery range was 98%-100% for six samples and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 4.2%.The method is rapid and simple.
