摘要:在氧和水蒸汽共存的条件下,SO2在活性炭表面发生催化氧化反应生成硫酸而使反应体系变为三相。整个反应过程可分为三个阶段,反应控制步骤为:H2SO3*+O*H2SO4*。通过对反应速率随硫酸蓄积量线性减少的原因进行分析,发现无法采用内部效率因子的概念加以解释。根据Langmuir-Hinshelwood原理得出活性炭表面存在两类不同的活性中心,其中H2SO4和O2占据一类活性中心;SO2、H2O和H2SO3占据另一类活性中心。证实了大孔不参与反应,仅起到输送和蓄积硫酸的作用,反应是在剩余的微孔表面上进行的。
With coexistence of oxygen and water vapor, liquid sulfuric acid will be formed from the catalytic oxidation of SO 2 over activated carbon surface and stored in its pores, and which makes the reacting system three phase. The whole process can be divided into three stages, it was identified that the controlling step was H 2SO 3 *+O *FDF1H 2SO 4 *. An analysis was made on the reason of reaction rate decreasing linearly with amount of sulfuric acid, and it was found that such phenomena could not be explained by efficiency factor. However, based on the principle of Langmuir Hinshelwood, the authors proposed that there existed two kinds of active cites on the carbon surface, of which H 2SO 4 and O 2 occupied one sort and SO 2, H 2O and H 2SO 3 another. It was concluded that the macropores didn't take part in the reaction, but only contributed to the transport of sulfuric acid, whereas the reaction carried out over the surface of remained micropores after the first two steps.
