摘要：当今世界正在经历一场深刻的变革 ,经济在世界范围内的重组也在加速。上海也加入了全球范围内的生产供应链之中 ,并逐步由劳动密集型经济过渡到资本密集型和知识密集型。在这样的背景之下 ,介绍了跨国公司在沪经营投资现状 ,分析了跨国公司市场投资前景。同时列举了大量详实的资料 ,分析了投资上海的机遇和挑战 ,并且提出了相应的对策 :一是和上海市政府产业导向相一致 ;二是和上海城市发展趋势相吻合。
The present investment status of multi-national corporations (MNCs) in Shanghai was introduced and the market prospect analyzed. Giving lots of real examples, this paper analyzed the opportunities and challenges for investing Shanghai objectively and put forward to some effective measures, going along with the industry orientations of Shanghai municipal government, and the Shanghai developing trend. At last, hopes this paper can offer some helps for the MNCs investing in Shanghai, and make them participate in constructing Shanghai more pragmatically.
