摘要：计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)系统的研究是国内外制造自动化领域的一个热点。同时,随着信息技术特别是网络的蓬勃发展,数据库技术日趋成熟,对支持CAPP系统的网络工艺数据库的研究也越来越深入。文章利用M icrosoftAccess2000建立CAPP后台工艺数据库,以VC++6.0为开发平台,在网络通讯模块采用CSocket技术,在数据库模块采用ADO技术,通过对CAPP体系中的切削参数管理系统的分析,说明了C/S模式的网络数据库的开发过程,并给出了通过访问网络数据库来查询金属切削参数的应用实例。
The research of the CAPP is a pop topic in the field of manufacturing automation inside the country and abroad. Meanwhile,with the great development of the information technology,especially the Internet, the database technology are increasingly improved and the research for the Internet database of web - based CAPP are getting further. The CSocket and ADO technology is used respectively in Internet communication mode and database mode of this system. Developed in VC ＋＋ 6.0, it sets up a database for CAPP through Access 2000. And then the developing process of Internet Database for C/S model is described by analyzing the cutting parameters management sy stem of CAPP. Finally, the example of demanding metal cutting parameters by visiting the Internet database is given.
