摘要：网络政党类型是政党类型学研究的一大理论创新,网络政党已经成为主流政党范式的补充性而非替代性的类型。要辩证分析网络参与提升党内民主水平的功效,只有当政党积极主动利用互联网新信息交流技术进行组织革新时,政党内部的组织结构、党内沟通联系机制、参与机制以及开放性建设等四个方面才会发生较为明显的变化。网络政党面临的关键性挑战是如何对待领导层权力与政党组织权力之间的关系,领导层权威与组织权威相协调是政党建设的核心目标。
The concept of network political party is a major innovation on the study of the classifications of political parties. It has already become a supplementary rather than an alternative party organization model. Dialectical analysis shall be made on the effects of network helps enhancing inner party democracy. Only when political parties take initiative to utilize new information and communication technologies to carry out organizational reforms, will obvious changes happen regarding the internal organizational structure of the party, the inner party communication mechanism, the participation mechanism and construction of openness. Coordination between leadership authority and organization authority is the core objective of the development of political parties.
