摘要:Purpose: To map the evolving research landscape of studies based on the China Social Work Longitudinal Study database. Method: Scoping review and bibliometric analysis methods were employed, with a total of 126 publications (both Chinese and English) analyzed. Results: The 126 publications have garnered over 650 citations and exhibit multidisciplinary characteristics, with distinct focuses: Chinese publications primarily address macro-level issues, while English studies focus on micro-level concerns. They have contributed to graduate education and early career research. Thematic analysis identified recurring topics such as turnover, belonging, burnout, resilience, competence, and well-being, with Chinese studies uniquely emphasizing organizational and institutional themes. Discussion: Future efforts should adopt innovative approaches (e.g., advanced computational methods) to sustain high-quality evidence production, bridge macro and micro research gaps, develop localized theoretical frameworks, and focus on translating research into high-level practice to promote professionalization.
