摘要：当前,中国家族企业面临着经营者交接班的巨大挑战;结合中国家族企业实际、未来发展战略及中国传统文化,应对这一挑战的关键在于培养胜任的家族企业继承人。而制定出切实可行的继承人培养计划,是中国家族企业可持续发展的首要任务。文章分析了中国家族企业交接班四大困境,并提出了中国家族企业继承人培养计划。
Recently, Chinese family business is facing the great challenge of succeeding generations. According to the real condition and the future development strategy of Chinese family business and Chinese traditional culture, cultivating the competent successor is the key of the challenge. At the same time, drawing the successor＇s cultivating plan is its chief task which promotes its sustainable development. Therefore, the four difficulties of the succeeding generations in Chinese family business are analyzed and the successors＇ cultivating plan of Chinese family business is provided in this paper.
