摘要:采用旋转滚筒式磨耗机研究了天然橡胶分子结构对橡胶干磨、湿磨的影响。研究发现,干磨引起的磨损比湿磨引起的磨损大得多,这是因为在干磨的条件下橡胶磨损主要是由粘附摩擦引起的,而在湿磨的条件下橡胶磨损主要是由滞后摩擦引起的。在同样的介质下,随着橡胶分子量的减小,硫化胶的力学机械性能变差,动态损耗因子增加,因此橡胶的磨损随着分子量的减小而增大。
The effect of molecular structure on the dry and wet abrasion behavior of rubber was investigated using natural rubber (NR) with a rotating cylindrical drum device. It is found that the dry abrasion loss was largely more than the wet abrasion loss. It is that the dry abrasion is mainly due to the adhesive friction and the wet abrasion is mainly due to the hysteresis friction. And under the same medium, the mechanical properties are getting worse and the loss factor is increasing with the molecular weight of NR decreasing. So the rubber abrasion loss increases with the molecular weight reducing.
