摘要:采用THINGET XC3系列PLC及Touch Win人机界面实现了水晶研磨机的控制。通过人机界面输入水晶珠的加工参数,包括时间、速度和角度参数,通过PLC的在线计算,将输入的速度和角度参数转化为脉冲量并传送到步进电机驱动器,再驱动步进电机按设定的速度和角度对水晶珠进行加工。
The design and realization of crystal grinding machine control system based on THINGET XC3 series PLC and Touch Win man-machine interface is introduced in this paper. Processing parameters can be set by man-machine interface, including processing time, frequency and angle parameters. Angle parameters can be transformed to the pulses through on-line calculation by PLC. The result is sent to the stepper motor driver which makes the stepper motor run with the set parameters.
