摘要：NOVELTY - An open-ring nitromethylene derivative is new. USE - Open-ring nitromethylene derivative for preparing pesticide composition used in killing or preventing agricultural pests of plants and animals (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Compound activity is high, can be applied to wide range of organisms, and has light stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An open-ring nitromethylene derivative of formula (1), its optical isomer, cis-trans isomer, or salt is new. R1=optionally substituted N O or S-containing 5-6-membered heterocyclic group or optionally substituted Ph, where substituent has halo, 1-4C (halo)alkyl, or 1-4(halo)alkoxy; R2-R4=H, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy having 0-5 substituents consists of halo or 1-4C (halo)alkyl, -SO2Ra, or -CORb; R5=H, saturated or unsaturated 1-8C (halo)alkyl, -CH2CH2OCH2CH3, -CH2CH2OCH3 or phenyl or benzyl (both optionally substituted by halo, 1-4C haloalkyl or 1-4C haloalkoxy); Ra=Me, trifluoromethyl, or optionally substituted Ph; Rb=Me, trifluoromethyl, pyridyl, or optionally substituted Ph, where substituent is halo or nitro ; and R6, R7=H, 1-6C alkyl, allyl, benzyl, 1-4C alkoxy 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxycarbonyl, phenoxycarbonyl, 2-6C alkynylcarbonyl, 2-3C alkenylcarbonyl, 3-6C cycloalkylcarbonyl, benzoyl optionally substituted with halo, 1-4C (halo)alkyl, or 1-4C alkoxy, such as furylcarbonyl or N,N-methyl carbonyl. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) agricultural composition comprising (a) 0.001-99.99 wt.% compound (1) and/or cis-trans isomers or salt of compound (1), and (b) carrier and/or excipient; and (2) insect prevention method which involves applying compound (1) and/or cis-trans isomers or salt of compound (1) to plant, animal, and/or soil or environment of plant or animal.
