摘要：高校学生党支部组织生活实效性直接关系到学生党支部战斗堡垒作用与学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥。当前,以"主体性"的视角去开展组织生活时,人们往往会自觉不自觉地陷入"主体性陷阱",造成现阶段高校学生党支部组织生活的单向性、组织生活内容枯燥以及组织生活过程中学生党员之间沟通交流不足等现实困境。这就呼唤人们从主体性组织生活模式逐步转换到主体间性组织生活模式,坚持互动、理解与共享的理念,以多边互动为平台,强化组织成员之间的对话;以平等协作为基础,深化组织成员之间的理解;以"生活世界"为内容,促进组织成员之间的共享与共长,并藉此切实提高高校学生党支部组织生活实效。
The effectiveness of the college student branch party activity is directly related to the student branch fighting force with students vanguard and exemplary role to play.Currently,to carry out the party activity in the perspective of 'subjectivity',people tend to fall into the 'trap of subjectivity' consciously or unconsciously,causing branch party activity unidirectional,boring and lack of communication between the party members.This calls for people to convert the lifestyle of the college student branch party activity from the subjectivity to the intersubjectivity gradually,adhering to the concept of interaction,understanding and sharing,strengthening the dialogue between the members of the organization taking multilateral interaction as a platform,deepening the understanding between the members of the organization based on equality and cooperation,promoting a shared and common long between the members of the organization for the content of the 'Living World',in order to improve the effectiveness of the college student branch party activity.
