摘要:研究了低浓度下(<20g/L)L-赖氨酸与亚微米级阳离子交换树脂的相互作用,发现其吸附等温线为极化模型吸附等温线,可用deBoerZwikker公式关联,表现为多分子层吸附。这与(商品)L-赖氨酸在亚毫米阳离子交换树脂上的单分子层的Langmuir等温线有明显差别。
The adsorption characterization of L-lysine in the concentration of 20g/L on submicronsized polymeric particles (SSPP) and normal cationexchange resin (JK008 resin) were studied in detail. The obvious differences between the adsorption of two resins were found in the study, The adsorption isotherm of L-lysine on SSPP can be simulated by de Boer Zwikker's equation for the polarization model while that on JK008 resin should be described by Langmuir's equation.
