摘要:NOVELTY - A succinic anhydride modified polylactic acid/polyethylene glycol composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. L-lactide, 0.1-30 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.1-1 pt. wt. catalyst, 0.1-5 pts. wt. succinic anhydride and 0.1-5 pts. wt. initiator. The catalyst is stannous octoate and/or stannous chloride. The initiator is lactic acid, ethanol, propylene glycol and/or isopropanol. USE - Succinic anhydride modified polylactic acid/polyethylene glycol composite material for use in preparation of biological tissue engineering material, drug release system and bone tissue repair material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves the hydrophilicity and biocompatibility of polylactic acid, and also lies in fundamental solution to polylactic acid materials in the field of biological materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing succinic anhydride modified polylactic acid/polyethylene glycol composite material, which involves adding initiator, L-lactide and polyethylene glycol, and under the action of the catalyst performing ring-opening polymerization to obtain polylactic acid/polyethylene glycol prepolymer, and then adding succinic anhydride in the absence of anaerobic conditions to obtain succinic anhydride-modified polylactic acid/polyethylene glycol composite material.
