摘要：集体主义村落是理解中国农村集体经济发展的重要切入点,也是透视农村社会发展道路的重要窗口。本文以J村这一全国文明村为例,尝试从德治的视角来理解集体主义村落的治理和发展。本文研究指出,德治体制是集体主义村落治理的核心特点,它形塑了村庄的集体主义文化认同、生产了村庄权威并且依托权威的实践运作形成村庄共同体,德治也是集体主义村落获取外部市场和国家资源的重要机制,构成了中国基层社会治理和发展可以依赖的重要的本土传统资源。德治权威是德治体制运作的重要行动主体,它糅合了传统的基于社区共同体本位的儒家伦理、中国共产党倡导服务人民的道德表率和市场经济的实用主义道德等各种要素。从德治权威主导的治理模式过渡到村庄共识性道德主导的治理模式是集体主义村落延续、强化和升华的重要条件。
Collectivist village provides an important perspective to understand the development of rural collective economy and rural society in China. Based on the study of J village, which was given the honor of"national civil village", this paper explores the governance and development of collectivist villages in China from the perspective of virtuocracy. The article points out that the virtuocracy is the core feature of collectivist villages. Virtuocracy shapes the collectivist cultural identity of the village, produces the village authority, contributes to the community integration and helps to obtain resources from the market and the governments. Virtuocracy is achieved through moral authority, which is composed of multiple elements such as the traditional Confucian ethics, the communist moral model of serving the people, and the pragmatism morality from the market economy. The transition from the virtuocracy dominated by moral authority to the consensus morality in village is important for maintaining and strengthening the collectivist village.
