摘要：海藻糖在科学界享有“生命之糖”的美称。本文以拟人手法塑造了一个聪慧、有担当的海藻糖形象。介绍了海藻糖的结构,通过一系列小故事讲述海藻糖的独特性质及生物学功能,并进一步从有机化学的角度剖析了结构与性能之间的关系。
Trehalose is known as the “sugar of life” in the scientific community.An intelligent and responsible trehalose image was created through personification approach.This article introduced its unique structure,properties and biological functions through several stories.Furthermore,the relationship between its structure and performances was analyzed from the perspective of organic chemistry.
