摘要：本文采用化学共沉淀法合成复合型钴蓝颜料 ,确立了合理的制备工艺。采用XRD和DTA TG分析了颜料的晶体结构和热稳定性。通过光谱反射曲线的分析 ,探讨了颜料的颜色、结构和发色机理 ,以及掺杂离子浓度与颜料发色的关系和掺杂离子作用机理。
The complex cobalt blue pigments are synthesized by using the chemical coprecipitation method and the practical process is determined.XRD and DTA TG are used to analyze their crystal structure and thermal stability properties.According to the result of reflectivity of pigments,the color,structure and coloring mechanism of cobalt blue pigments are discussed,and some conclusions have been drawn about the coloring mechanism of doping cations and relationship between doping cation content and coloring properties of complex cobalt blue pigments.
