摘要:主要研究了表面活性剂强化微波提取花生壳黄酮工艺。首先考察花生壳目数、乙醇浓度和微波功率对乙醇提取工艺的影响,并优化工艺条件;进一步重点研究非离子表面活性剂对微波乙醇提取黄酮工艺的影响,结果表明,在花生壳粒度为80目、乙醇浓度为70%、微波功率为280W、非离子表面活性剂浓度为0.5%条件下,黄酮提取量可提高30.8%,证明可显著提高微波乙醇提取黄酮的效果。
The microwave ethanol extraction technology of total flavonoid from peanut hull was carried out, and observes how the extracting quantity is affected by non-ionic surfactant added. The effect of each factor such as the peanut hull granularity, ethanol concentration and microwave power on the extraction of the total flavonoid is investigated, and the extraction technique parameters are optimized. Results show that the most appropriate granularity is 80, ethanol concentration is 70%, and microwave power is 280 W, the extracting quantity can be improved up to 30.8% if non-ionic surfactant is added.
