摘要:利用"两步法"制备含有较大叔丁基基团的高度可溶性的聚酰亚胺(PI),用于增韧萘型环氧树脂(EBA)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征了PI的结构,考察了PI在EBA中的溶解性和分散性,探讨了PI分子量及含量对体系固化性能、力学性能、热力学性能、热稳定性等的影响。结果表明,在无任何有机溶剂的情况下,不同分子量的PI可直接溶解于EBA中,PI的引入有效加速了整个体系的固化反应。热力学性能测试以及扫描电子显微镜分析表明该材料为均一相分布。EBA/PI复合材料的力学性能明显高于EBA,其中引入质量分数3%的PI (数均分子量19 119),可使EBA的冲击强度从10.5 kJ/m^(2)提升到18.2 kJ/m^(2)。PI改性剂的引入不会导致EBA的热性能下降,甚至能提高玻璃化转变温度。
Atwo-step process was used to prepare highly soluble polyimide (PI) containing more butyl groups for toughening naphthalene epoxy resin (EBA).The structure of PI was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The solubility and dispersion of PI in EBA were investigated.The effects of molecular weight and content of PI on curing properties,mechanical properties,thermodynamic properties,thermal stability of the system were discussed.The results showed that PI with different molecular weights could be directly dissolved in EBA without any organic solvents.The introduction of PI effectively accelerated the thermodynamic performance test of the whole curing reaction and the scanning electron microscope analysis showed that the material was homogeneous phase distribution.The mechanical properties of EBA/PI composites were significantly higher than those of EBA.The impact strength of EBA was increased from 10.5 kJ/m^(2) to 18.2 kJ/m^(2) with the introduction of 3% PI (Mn=19 119) modifier,which did not decrease the thermal properties of EBA,and even increased the glass transition temperature.
