摘要：NOVELTY - Asymmetric polyphenylene acetylene oligomers (I) are new. (I) having transmembrane ion transport activity. USE - (I) are useful in phospholipid bilayer membrane of ion transport transmembrane; and in preparing drug for treating ion channels dysfunction (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Asymmetric polyphenylene acetylene oligomers of formula (I) are new. (I) having transmembrane ion transport activity. R1 = -CH2(CH2)4CH3, -CH2(CH2)6CH3, -CH2(CH2)8CH3, -CH2(CH2)10CH3, -OCH2CH2OCH2CH2O(CH2)5CH3, (CH2)7CH3 or OCH2CH2OCH2CH2O; R2 = cationic group (benzo-15-crown-5 ether, benzo-18-crown-6 ether, aza-15-crown-5, aza-18-crown-6, dibenzo-15-crown-5 ether, and/or dibenzo-18-crown-6 ether or anion group (2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid amide, and/or isophthalamide); and n = 1, 3 or 5. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of (I).
