摘要：工程实习基地建设事关大学生工程能力训练,是我国高等工程教育发展面临的主要问题之一。以资源循环科学与工程专业为案例,通过分析当前校外实践基地建设和运行过程中出现的难题,探究校企合作下实践基地建设与管理的新模式。新的校外实践建设理念要求坚持校企合作共赢的基本原则,开展科研项目合作、师资交流等多渠道的校企深度合作,创新实习实践内容,建立良性反馈机制,实现双方优势互补、资源共享、共同促进、互利共赢,从而提高校外实践基地的建设与运行。经过近3年的实践,取得了满意的效果。
Practical teaching is a very important part in the training of engineering Ability.Construction of practice teaching base has always been one of the main problems of higher engineering education in China.Resource recycling science and engineering,for instance,is proposed a new operating mode by analyzing the practical difficulties of construction and management of practical teaching base.The new mode requires to adhere the multidimensional deep cooperation of university-enterprise win-win cooperation,research project cooperation,communication,etc.With the application of new operating mode in the practical teaching bases,the quality in construction of practical teaching bases can be improved through complementarities,sharing opportunities through,and collaboration.The reform has been carried out for 3 years,and achieves lots results.This may be reference for other universities.
