摘要：以某安全气囊盖为例,详细介绍采用模拟分析软件对注射模进行CAE分析的一般流程,包括最佳浇口、填充、冷却、翘曲等分析,并且分析如何利用CAE结果解决注射模设计及成型加工中出现的问题,分析结果为模具设计提供依据,从而缩短产品的开发周期,降低费用,提高经济效益。
Take an automobile airbag cover as an example, a general process for the CAE analysis of moulds via simulation analysis software was discussed, including study on the optimal gate, fill- ing, cooling and warping, etc. The application of CAE analysis results in solving the problems in design and manufacture of injection moulds was also researched.
