摘要:Fourteen trifluoromethyl-containing fully substituted pyrazoles were synthesized via Yb(PFO)(3)-catalyzed three-component condensations of aromatic hydrazines, aldehydes, and ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate, followed by IBX-mediated oxidation of pyrazolines. A possible mechanism is suggested.
