摘要：针对家庭及企业用纸被直接扔掉造成的资源浪费和环境污染问题,设计出一款废纸再生助手。该机由碎纸、制浆、成型和干燥等4个功能模块组成,体积小,成本低,机械结构精巧,可以实现将废纸粉碎后重新制浆成型,再生出新纸的功能。利用SolidWorks对机器装置整体进行建模,采用Arduino作为机器的控制系统,通过分析计算、实物搭建等方法验证机器结构的合理性。
In view of the resource waste and environmental pollution caused by direct d isp osa l of household a nd busi ness paper,a waste paper recycling assistant is designed.It consists of four function modules,includ ing sh redd ing,pulp-ing,molding and drying,with a small size,low cost and delicate mechanical structure,which can achieve the function of shredding the waste paper,repulping,molding and then regenerating new paper.Solidworks is used to model the entire machine,Arduino is used as the control system of the machine,and methods such as analysis,calculation and physical construction are used to verify the reasonableness of the machine structure.
