摘要:对近年来国内在苯和甲醇烷基化研究取得的进展进行了综述。介绍了苯和甲醇烷基化机理,总结了国内在苯和甲醇烷基化催化剂开发取得的进展,并讨论了苯和甲醇烷基化反应的影响因素。ZSM-5分子筛是催化苯和甲醇烷基化反应的适宜载体,通过适当改性可以提高其催化性能。苯和甲醇烷基化催化剂已完成吨级放大,现已进入工业试验阶段。
The recent progress of the research of alkylation of benzene and methanol has been reviewed. The mechanism of alkylation of benzene and methanol is introduced. The development of the catalysts for alkylation of benzene and methanol in China is summarized. The factors influencing the alkylation of benzene and methanol are discussed.ZSM-5 zeolite is an appropriate carrier for the methylation of benzene and methanol,and the catalytic performance can be improved by appropriate modification. Tons of amplification experiment about the catalysts for alkylation of benzene and methanol has been completed,which is now under the industrial test phase.
