摘要：By literature analysis and empirical research methods, the dynamic mechanism and core features of Europe, the United States, and Asian emerging sports cities formation and development during Different Historic Periods is discussed in this paper. It concluded that the European cities are self-type sports cities during Industrialization and post-industrial, and the formation of U.S. sports cities is for the needs of industrialization and urban marketing, and Asian emerging sports cities are mostly government-driven, because they assume more responsibility to nation-state marketing.
