摘要:对运行10a后的SUS347不锈钢高温炉管作了检验和持久强度试验,对其材质损伤情况作了分析并与未经服役的SUS347钢的持久强度进行了比较。结果表明:SUS347炉管在运行10a后,材质已有一定程度的劣化,具体表现为碳化物相的沉淀析出并沿晶界聚集和表面氧化损伤,导致服役10a后的材料持久强度下降了约1/4~1/3。
The properties of SUS347 stainless steel serviced for high temperature boiler pipe for more than 10 years were investigated, the creep rupture strength was tested and the test results were compared with original material properties. Carbide precipitation and accumulation along grain boundaries and surface oxidation have been observed, indicating that SUS347 stainless steel has degraded to some extent and resulted in decrease in creep rupture strength about 1/4-1/3 after using for more than 10 years.'
