摘要：NOVELTY - A bio-diesel preparation method involves carrying out a reaction between waste oil with an acid value of 10-200 mgKOH/g and an ester exchange reagent of carbonic ester. Composite catalyst, immobilized lipase and high water-absorbing resin are added and reacted for 6-48 hours at 20-100 degrees C. The mixture is filtered to remove catalyst and distilled to remove the ester exchange reagent to obtain the bio-diesel. USE - Method for preparing bio-diesel without glycerol by-product. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing bio-diesel with light color and without water washing and waste liquid generation in a simple, cost-effective and environment-friendly manner.
