摘要：由于区域文化的影响,明初苏州地区的社会风俗存在许多弊病,导致了该地区的繁剧难治。况钟出任苏州知府后,以其精敏干练的行政作风,一定时期内扭转了当地的陋俗,促进了地区经济的发展。
The regional culture of Suzhou brought out many undesirable and corrupt customs in the early Ming Dynasty, which made the local administrative affairs a difficult task. When Kuangzhong became the magistrate of the district, he abrogated the undesirable and corrupt customs and thus promoted the growth of the local economy.
