摘要：公共危机管理中信息管理是关键,如果处置不当,容易造成危机的扩大化,将会给人民财产带来巨大损失和国家安全的不稳定。因此,加强危机管理,尤其是加强对危机信息过程的有效管理便成为处在现代化发展关键时期所要认真思考的一项重大的理论与实践课题。河南"钴60事件"的信息管理过程再次给我们敲响警钟:从其信息封锁、信息无序、信息纠正、信息对称四个方面实证研究来看,我国在公共信息管理方面存在很大不足。我国公共危机信息管理过程须从信息公开、建立信息管理体系、媒体利用、信息资源共享等几个方面进行优化。
Information management is the key of public crisis management, The crises well magnify, which may lead to huge loss of people＇s property and the state security instability if disposed of improperly. In consequence, strengthening the risk management, especially the effective management of crisis information, has already become a great theoretical and practical issue to China to consider seriously during the momentous stage of its modernization. Co-60 emergency of Henan magnify which the process of crisis information management once again sounded the alarm： View of four aspects on information blockaded, information disorder, information corrected, information symmetry, there is a big lack of information management of China. We should optimize the process of crisis information management on public information disclosure, the establishment of information management systems, the use of media, information resource sharing, and several other aspects.
