摘要：治理振兴作为乡村振兴的一种路径和内涵,是相对于文化振兴和经济振兴来说的。其最终的目标是构建一种乡村社会的"治理性团结",以重建和优化乡村社会秩序。实现乡村社会治理振兴的关键在党,具体落实到乡村治理体系和治理能力的优化上,其中特别要注意提升基层组织进行生活治理的能力。
We can think rural governance’s revitalization as a special rural revitalization way which is different from the cultural and especially the economic revitalization ways. Governance’s revitalization in rural society means to build a self-sustaining mechanism of rural revitalization which can be universally popularized,by contrast,only a small number of villages are likely to be economically or culturally revived. The aim of rural governance’s revitalization is to construct governing unity of rural society,which is a new type of social unity based on governance. Obviously,the key to rural governance’s revitalization lies in the Communist Party of China( CPC). Considering the situation in current rural society,the CPC needs to explore some new ideas to govern rural society,especially to develop the life governance ability of grassroots governments.
