摘要：在中外合作办学项目中,外籍教师作为主要师资力量,对中外合作办学是否成功起着关键性作用。如何更有效地管理外籍教师,使他们更好地发挥作用是提高中外合作办学质量的关键之一。基于华东理工大学中德工学院双本科中德合作办学项目的外教管理经验,总结了该项目中外教管理的优势和不足,并对如何优化和规范外教管理以期进一步提高中外合作办学质量提出了一些建议。
In Chinese-Foreign Cooperatively-run Programs, foreign faculty has been an irreplaceable part in the in the faculty team and plays essential role. One of the key points to improve the quality of Chinese-Foreign Cooperatively-run Programs is to effectively manage and make full use of the foreign faculty. In this article the advantages and disadvantages in the management of foreign faculty are summarized based on the experiences of Sino-German Joint Study Program between East China University of Science ＆amp; Technology and a German university. Some proposals are put forward to improve the quality of Chinese-Foreign Cooperatively-run Programs.
