摘要：社会支持是艾滋病预防和治疗的重要策略。本文在社会支持的视角下,探讨艺术治疗小组在干预HIV感染者焦虑情绪方面的作用。HIV感染者群体中罹患抑郁症、焦虑症比例较高。研究运用干预研究方法,采取群组研究,通过舞蹈项目进行干预。研究结果表明:艺术治疗小组能够缓解HIV感染者的焦虑情绪;工作者对干预效果的影响相较于小组服务形式更为显著。为了响应《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》及《中国遏制与防治艾滋病规划(2024—2030年)》的目标和要求,需要进一步完善《舞动项目干预手册》,探索艾滋病防治工作的新模式;进一步动员社会专业力量的广泛参与,形成有利于跨专业团队合作的工作机制;进一步丰富综合干预的措施,形成多渠道的、具备预防和干预功能的服务监测体系。
Social support is an important strategy for HIV prevention and treatment.From the perspective of social support,the article explores the role of art therapy groups of intervening to anxiety among people living with HIV/AIDS.The proportion of people living with HIV/AIDS suffering from depression and anxiety is relatively high.This study used intervention study and conducted group study to intervene through dance projects.The study found that art therapy groups could reduce anxiety of people living with HIV/AIDS and social workers played a more significant impact,comparing to the form of art therapy groups.
