摘要：NOVELTY - An isolated Dictyoglomus thermophilum (CGMCC: 7283) capable of mannanase, is new. USE - The isolated Dictyoglomus thermophilum (CGMCC: 7283) is useful for producing mannanase which is used as enzyme breaker in oil well (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The mannanase leaves less residue after breaking process, is environmentally-friendly, and is suitable for oil wells with high temperature as it has high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) mannanase; (2) gene encoding mannanase; (3) recombinant expression vector comprising the gene; (4) transformant comprising the vector; and (5) method for producing mannanase.
