Building a laboratory safety management team is the foundation for ensuring the safe and orderly operation of laboratories in colleges.This article analyzes the necessity of building a laboratory safety management team,and deeply discusses the current situation and existing problems of laboratory safety management team construction in colleges,then proposes optimized paths to build a laboratory safety management team,providing a reference for the implementation of laboratory safety management incolleges.
