摘要:研究了钛硅复合氧化物催化剂在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)2 L聚合釜和10 kt/a间歇式生产装置上的应用,并与乙二醇锑催化剂应用结果进行了对比。结果表明:在2 L聚合釜上,钛硅氧化物催化剂是示出好的催化活性,终缩聚时间比锑催化剂缩短了20 min,但在10 kt/a生产装置上,终缩聚时间比锑催化剂延长了60min;使用钛硅氧化物催化剂所得PET切片质量指标达到了优级品。提高催化剂的均相性以降低传质过程的复杂性是钛系催化剂在聚酯生产中获得应用的关键。
The application of Ti02/SiO2 catalyst was investigated in a 2 L polyethylene terephthalate (PET) polymerization unit and a 10 kt/a batch production plant and was compared with the application of ethylene glycol antimony catalyst. The results showed that the TiO2/SiO2 catalyst exhibited favorable catalytic activity and decreased the final polycondensation time by 20 rain in 2 L polymerization unit, but prolonged the final polycondensation time by 60 rain in 10 kt/a production plant as compared with antimony catalyst. The quality index of PET chip met the top-class standard while using TiO2/SiO2 catalyst. The key to applying titanium catalysts in polyester production depended on decreasing the complexity of mass transfer process by increasing the homo- geneity of the catalysts.
