摘要:牛血铜锌-超氧化物歧化酶(Cu,Zn-SOD)用β-环糊精修饰后,其理化性质发生了部分变化:修饰后的酶呈不均一性,在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳出现4条带,在薄层平板等电聚焦电泳中,等电点降低,修饰酶的紫外吸收光谱未见明显改变,抗蛋白酶水解能力增加。
Bovine Cu, Znsuperoxide dismutase was modified with βcyclodextrin(βCD) activated by NaIO4. As compared with that of native SOD, the physicochemical properties of the modified enzyme changed partly. The modified SOD was highly heterogeneous with at least 4 bands on the sodium dodecyl sulfatepolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDSPAGE), and showed lower isoelectric point on the thin layer isoelectric focusing but no obvious change on the ultraviolet spectra. The modified SOD was more resistent to enzymic degradation.
