摘要:牛血铜锌-超氧化物歧化酶(Cu,Zn-SOD)用β-环糊精修饰后,其理化性质发生了部分变化:修饰后的酶呈不均一性,在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳出现4条带,在薄层平板等电聚焦电泳中,等电点降低,修饰酶的紫外吸收光谱未见明显改变,抗蛋白酶水解能力增加。
Bovine Cu, Znsuperoxide dismutase was modified with βcyclodextrin(βCD) activated by NaIO4. As compared with that of native SOD, the physicochemical properties of the modified enzyme changed partly. The modified SOD was highly heterogeneous with at least 4 bands on the sodium dodecyl sulfatepolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDSPAGE), and showed lower isoelectric point on the thin layer isoelectric focusing but no obvious change on the ultraviolet spectra. The modified SOD was more resistent to enzymic degradation.
