摘要：本文从我国严峻的能源问题谈到能源问题的法律解决机制,重点探讨节约能源法的几个基本法律制度。
Form severe Energy problem, the author probes into a mechanism of settling our Energy problem by law. It mainly studies several fundamental law systems.
