摘要:将苯基磷酰二氯分别与一缩二乙二醇或二溴丁烯二醇反应,合成含磷多元醇和含磷含溴多元醇。研究了这2种阻燃多元醇对聚氨酯泡沫结构和性能的影响。研究表明,随着阻燃多元醇份数增加,聚氨酯泡沫极限氧指数线性增加,且含磷含溴多元醇对聚氨酯泡沫的阻燃效果优于含磷多元醇。添加50phr阻燃多元醇时,聚氨酯泡沫仍能保持良好的强度,且在700℃时残炭量增加,泡沫燃烧后形成了致密的残炭层。含磷多元醇主要起到凝聚相阻燃作用,而含磷含溴多元醇具有气相阻燃和凝聚相阻燃作用。
The polyol with phosphorus groups was synthesized through dichlorophenylphosphine oxide reacted with diethylene glycol,and the polyol with phosphorus and bromine groups was synthesized with dichlorophenylphosphine oxide and 2,3-dibromo-2-butene-4-diol.The effect of these two flame retardant polyols on structure and properties of polyurethane(PU)foams was studied.The results show that the LOI value of polyurethane foams is enhanced as increase of flame retardant polyols,and the PU foams containing the polyol with phosphorus and bromine groups have higher LOI value than those containing the polyol with phosphorus groups.The PU foams still have good compressive strength,and the char residue of PU foams is intumescent and continuous,when the flame retardant polyols are loaded to 50%.The polyol with phosphorus groups plays a role of condensed phase flame retardant effect,and the polyol with phosphorus and bromine plays a role of both condensed phase and gaseous phase flame retardant effect.
