摘要:采用原位氧化聚合法将聚苯胺插入层状V2O5的片层中,制得了聚苯胺/五氧化二钒(PAn/V2O5)纳米复合材料,并借助热失重分析(Thermogravimetricanalysis,TGA)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(Fouriertransforminfraredspectra,FTIR)、X射线衍射(X-raydiffraction,XRD)、电导率及循环伏安测试等手段研究了60Coγ射线辐照对纳米复合材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,60Coγ射线辐照可使V2O5片层间的低分子量的苯胺齐聚物转化为大分子量的聚苯胺,从而提高了纳米复合材料热稳定性;同时电化学性能也得到明显改善。且辐照对纳米复合材料的层状结构几乎没有影响。
A nanocomposite consisting of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) and polyaniline (PAn) was prepared by in-situ intercalative polymerization, and irradiation effects on structure and properties of the PAn/V2O5 nanocomposite have also been investigated by using thermogravimetric analysis, FT-IR, X-ray diffraction, conductivity measurement and cyclic voltammetry. The results show that irradiation is of advantage to improvement of thermal stability and specific capacity of PAn/V2O5 nanocomposite for rechargeable lithium batteries. However, irradiation has no effeet on interlayer spacing of V2O5 xerogel and crystalline size obviously.
