摘要:NOVELTY - Hydrophilic carbon black, prepared by using the monomer containing unsaturated groups and hydrophilic groups as a modifier, by radically polymerizing the carbon black with the modifier in situ, in presence of mechanical cutting force, is claimed, where the dispersity of hydrophilic carbon black in water is 5g/100g of water or higher. The carbon black and the modifier are used in a weight ratio of 1:(0.01-1). The in situ radical polymerization is carried out at a temperature of greater than the melting point of the modifier and less than or equal to 350 degrees C and for 15-30 minutes. USE - Used as a hydrophilic carbon black. ADVANTAGE - The method for preparing the hydrophilic carbon black: saves the mixing time and the energy consumption by directly dispersing the hydrophilic carbon black in natural rubber latex through liquid blending; and is environmental friendly, since the method completely reduces the odor generated by the carbon black dust and rubber during the mixing process of the rubber, which severely pollutes the environment.
