摘要:(华东化工学院上海 200237)在常压以及接近工业变换操作条件下,对SB-5型Co-Mo耐硫变换催化剂进行了本征动力学实验测定。应用非线性的最小二乘参数估值法,直接求得了幂函数型的本征动力学方程: (7)正反应活化能为46859.5J/mol,ko为频率因子。
The experimental determination of intrinsic kiretics for the shift reaction over SB-5 sulphur-resisting catalyst of Co-Mo series at atmospheric pressure and under conditions similar to the industrial shift reaction has been carried out by the authors. An intrinsic kinetic equation of power type has been found directly by means of nonlinear least squares parameter estimation method: γ=-dN_(CO)/dW=k_0exp(-46859.5/R_0T)p_(CO)^(0.78)P_(H_2O)^(0.26) P_(CO_2)^(-0.31)P_(H_2)^(-0.61)(1-P_(CO_2)P_(H_2)/K_pP_(CO)P_(H_2O)) Activation energy of forward reaction equals 46859. 5J/mol and k_0 is frequency factor.
