摘要:对抽余C4中异丁烯杂多酸催化水合制备叔丁醇的反应进行了研究。考察了催化剂浓度、反应温度、搅拌转速、水油相比、叔丁醇初始含量以及催化剂循环使用次数等因素对过程的影响。结果表明,反应温度在60℃~70℃、水油相体积比在1.5均有利于异丁烯的转化;搅拌转速大于500r/min时,可消除异丁烯扩散因素的影响;水相中添加叔丁醇对反应不利;催化剂循环使用20次,对异丁烯的平衡浓度基本没有影响。
This article reviews the study on the synthesis of tert - butanol from isobutylene in residual C4 by catalytic hydration with concentrated heteropoly acid (HPA). Many factors affecting this process such as reaction temperature, time, stir speed and water/oil ratio etc, were discussed. The results showed it is favorable for the conversion of isobutylene when reaction temperature is 60℃ ~10℃ ,and the water/oil ratio is 1.5. The diffusiv-ity can be eliminated when the stir speed is above 500r/ min. Adding tert - butanol to the aqueous phase was unfavorable to the reaction. There is little effect on the equilibrium concentration of isobutylene if the catalyst is recycled 20 times.
