摘要：本科教育作为高等学校的中心任务,如何提高教学质量是永恒的主题。本文对国内外高校本科生学术研究能力培养进行了论述,分析了加强本科生学术研究能力培养的必要性,阐述了华东理工大学商学院目前本科生学术研究能力培养的现状、存在的问题,提出了加强本科生学术研究能力培养的措施。
Cultivation of undergraduate students has been regarded as the central task in higher education and the eternal topic is how to improve the quality of teaching. This paper introduces some viewpoints on improving student＇s academic research ability from domestic and foreign scholar＇s and points out the ne- cessity of enhancing training the ability for undergraduate students in China. It also analyzes the current situation and the problems in cultivating innovative talents in School of Business of ECUST and gives some proposals of cultivating academic research ability.
