摘要:以石墨烯作为增强材料制备了石墨烯/MS密封胶,研究了制备工艺、石墨烯的表面处理及含量对MS密封胶的性能影响规律。结果表明,石墨烯与基体树脂的预混合及SDBS处理对MS密封胶的改性效果最佳,随着石墨烯含量的增加,MS密封胶的力学强度、粘结性能、压缩回弹性能、导电性能、耐介质性能等均获得有效改进,且在石墨烯含量1.5wt%时材料具有最佳的机械力学性能。
Graphene/MS sealant was prepared using graphene as the reinforcing material. The influences of preparation process, surface treatment and content of graphene on the performance of MS sealant were studied. The results show that the pre-mixing of graphene with matrix resin and SDBS treatment had the best effect on the modification of MS sealant. With the increase of graphene content,the mechanical strength,bond performance,compression resilience,conductivity,medium resistance of MS sealant,etc. were all improved effectively,and the material had the best mechanical properties at a graphene content of 1.5% by weight.
