摘要:High efficient production of hydrogen from bagasse was carried out via a microwave steam catalytic gasification. The results indicated that the addition of steam gasifying agent in microwave systems greatly improves hydrogen yield and potential hydrogen yield, but the liquid yield is still as high as 20%. In order to reduce liquid yield and increase gas yield, the microwave steam catalytic gasification method was adopted to reduce liquid yield and increase gas yield. In the microwave steam catalytic gasification system, under optimal operating conditions, the hydrogen yield and potential hydrogen yield are 100.93 g H2/kg biomass and 116.65 g H2/kg biomass, respectively, and the liquid yield decreases to 10.31 wt.%, which shows that the effect of Ni/SiC catalyst for catalyzing tar is remarkable. However, the analyses of catalyst show that carbon deposition can slowly lead to catalyst deactivation.
