摘要：业务外包是现代企业管理的一种新模式。文章将价值工程的理念引入业务外包,分析了业务外包中的功能与成本,讨论了业务外包的目的和过程,给出了业务外包管理的有益建议。
Outsourcing is a new kind of structure adapting to the modem enterprise management. On the basis of Value Engineering, this paper analyses the function and the cost of outsourcing, explains the object and the process of outsourcing. Some suggestions are given to the practice.
