摘要:采用漫反射技术研究了玫瑰红、四苯乙烯等固体有机物的紫外可见吸收光谱;考察了研磨、不同的固体稀释剂对玫瑰红漫反射吸收光谱的影响;分析了玫瑰红,四苯乙烯等有机物溶液样本和固体样本吸收光谱的差异。研究结果表明,采用漫反射技术检测粉末状的有机物时,能够得到有机物的特征吸收峰,其峰位和溶液样本的峰位基本相同。此外,重点研究了粉末样本中目标物浓度与吸光度的定量构效关系,结果表明,漫反射技术测试有机物时检测下限为0.5 mg/g,线性范围为1~30 mg/g,表明漫反射吸收光谱在某些特定的应用领域(如聚集诱导发光)可以替代液体样本进行定性和定量分析。
In this work,the UV-vis absorption spectra of rose red,tetrastyrene and tetrastyrene derivative were studied by diffusion reflection technique,respectively.The effect of grinding and different solid diluents on the absorption spectra of rose red was investigated.The absorption spectra of rose red,tetrastyrene and tetrastyrene derivative were analyzed at their solution state and solid state.The results show that the characteristic absorption peaks of targets in powder by diffusion reflection technique are similar to those in their solution state by transmission technique.Moreover,the quantitative relationship between the concentration of target in powder samples and absorbance was explored.The results show that the detection limit is 0.5 mg/g and the linear range is 1 to 30 mg/g when the diffusion reflection technique is used to test organic compounds.It is shown that the diffusion reflection absorption spectrum could replace the liquid sample for qualitative and quantitative analysis in some specific applications,such as aggregation induced emission.
