摘要:采用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)法对秸秆稀酸水解液中主要抑制物进行分析与鉴定,得到主要抑制物为乙酸、糠醛、乙酰丙酸和5-羟甲基糠醛。用气相色谱法定量乙酸、糠醛、乙酰丙酸和5-羟甲基糠醛的线性范围分别为0.07~0.51、0.05~0.351、0.11~0.85、0.08~0.63mg/mL,相关系数大于0.995。对秸秆稀酸水解液进行测定的结果表明,不同温度下木糖和葡萄糖降解有着不同变化规律,为秸秆稀酸水解工艺的改进提供了参考。
Diluted acid hydrolysate of Corn Stover was studied and identified by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Four mainly inhibitors were analyzed by GC-MS, including acetic acid, furfural, laevulinic acid and 5-(hydroxymethyl) furfural. The linear ranges for above four inhibitors were 0.07-0.51, 0.05-0.35, 0.11-0.85 and 0.08-0.63 mg/mL, respectively, with R^2〉0. 995. A series of diluted acid hydrolysate of corn stover were analyzed, and it was found that the concentrations of four inhibitors were different due to the condition of hydrolysis technology, which provides an effective information to improve the hydrolysis technology.
