摘要:运用AdvantEdge有限元软件仿真与实验加工对比,研究同等加工参数下整体硬质合金钻头与可转位钻头钻削碳素钢时的切削力、切屑及孔径偏差等。实验分析结果表明:在相同的切削参数下,浅孔钻的轴向切削力F_(a)仅为整硬钻头的45%,且不随切削速度变化;浅孔钻的径向力F_(r)、扭矩M_(z)及孔径偏差量Δd均大于整硬钻头;浅孔钻的切屑形状为单元屑或若干段锥形连接屑,而整硬钻头的切屑形状几乎都是连续螺旋状;在相同参数下,整硬钻头的后刀面磨损较浅孔钻更大,浅孔钻磨损主要出现在前刀面断屑处。
The differences in cutting forces,chips and hole deviations between carbide drills and indexable drills for drilling carbon steel at the same cutting parameters are investigated by using AdvantEdge software in comparison with actual machine tool machining.The results of the experimental analysis show that the axial cutting force F_(a) of the indexable hole drill is only 45%of that of the carbide drill under the same cutting parameters and does not vary with the cutting speed.The radial force F_(r),torque M_(z) and hole deviationΔd of the indexable hole drill are greater than those of the carbide drill.The chip shape of the indexable hole drill is a unit chip or a number of conical segments connected to the chip,while the chip shape of the carbide drill is almost always a continuous spiral.For the same parameters,the flank surface of the carbide drill is more worn than that of the indexable drill,while the indexable drill is mainly worn at the rake face of the chip break.
