摘要:以比表面积为2621m2/g的超高比表面积活性炭为原料,酚醛树脂为粘结剂,制得比表面积为1887m2/g的蜂窝状活性炭,并考察了其对CO2的吸脱附性能。研究结果表明,在25℃/常压下,该蜂窝状活性炭对CO2的饱和吸附量为2.15mmol/g,对浓度为15%的CO2的平衡吸附量为0.96mmol/g;当采用抽真空脱附时,CO2的循环脱附效率仅77.5%,但采用电解吸-抽真空耦合脱附技术时,循环脱附效率接近100%。
Monolithic activated carbon(MAC) was prepared with high surface area activated carbon as raw material and phenolic resin as binder.After high surface area activated carbon was molded,its specific surface area decreased from 2621 to 1887 m2/g.Under the absorption condition of 25℃ and atmospheric pressure,the saturated aborption capacity of CO2 on MAC is 2.15 mmol/g,and the equilibrium absorption capacity is 0.96 mmol/g at the O2 oncentration of 15%.If CO2 s desorbed by vacuumized to 2 kPa,the absorption/desorption cycle efficiency is about 77.5 %.Once CO2 as desorbed with electric swing absorption at 50℃ and then vacuumized to 2 kPa,the cycle desorption efficiency is about 100%.
